Our story
Hip Together began in Mansfield, Texas, when two moms, Kara Coley and Staci Wright, started making custom designs for friends and family. The designs were such a hit that the pair took them to craft fairs and fashion shows, and before long Hip Together was in stores around Dallas–Fort Worth and at craft shows across Texas and Oklahoma.
Kara later bought the company and she and her husband, Michael, greatly expanded its lines: burnout tees, ruffle dresses, tutu leggings and hair bows; shirts for moms, sports moms, grandmothers and tweens; and hundreds of Christian, holiday and mommy-and-me designs. Hundreds of boutiques around the country carried Hip Together, buyers found it at KidsWorld Studio in the Dallas Market Center, and shoppers met us at shows throughout the region.
For years we also had our own boutique in Historic Downtown Mansfield.

The boutique is closed, we no longer do shows, and we’ve liquidated most of our inventory, but a few favorite Hip Together designs are still available on Amazon, including our best-loved Christian parody tee, Faith as a Grain of Mustard Seed.
